What is JTTray?
JTTray is a small program that runs on your pc/desktop/windows device in the tray. It connects to JTHub and tells it about your printers JusticeTrax web products obtain a list of your printers from JTHub so they can send barcode print jobs to your printer. For barcode printing to be enabled, you must have JTTray running on at least one windows device.

Already have JTTray installed?
Check that it is running in your tray – (If it is not running, please start the program)

  • Right click the icon and click on “view Console”.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting. (disconnecting may take a few seconds in some instances)
  • Check the Hub URL by clicking the gear button.
  • It should be connected to: https://jcmeks.limsplus.us/JTHub
  • For convenience you can check the box in JTTray indicating you want it to start when you login to Windows. All Set?
